Which MacBook should I choose?

In Belgrade, we sell Mac laptops in five series. They are chosen based on their workload: for school and office use, a lightweight, fanless laptop is sufficient, while editing and larger projects require a higher-end chip and plenty of memory.

- MacBook Neo 13″: Apple’s most affordable laptop, with an A18 Pro chip and 8GB of memory. Suitable for studying and video calls. - MacBook Air 13″ and 15″: M5 chip, 16GB of memory and up, a silent fanless design, and up to 18 hours of video battery life. It’s perfect for working with documents and photos. - MacBook Pro 14″: M5, M5 Pro, and M5 Max chips, a Liquid Retina XDR display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, HDMI, and SDXC ports. - MacBook Pro 16″: M5 Pro and M5 Max only, 16.2″ display, and up to 24 hours of video battery life. Designed for video editing and 3D.

Memory and storage are selected immediately

Once purchased, a MacBook's RAM and storage cannot be expanded. Therefore, it's recommended to purchase enough storage to last for several years, and verify the configuration with your needs before ordering.

The MacBook Neo's 8GB is sufficient for browsing and office applications. The 16GB starting capacity of the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro with M5 is sufficient for school and office use. 24GB or more is suitable for video editing and development. The MacBook Pro with M5 Pro and M5 Max comes with up to 128GB of memory. The Neo comes with 256GB or 512GB of storage, the Air starts with 512GB, and the Pro starts with 1TB. For photo and video archives, consider a higher capacity than the base storage.

How to buy a MacBook in Belgrade

We don't accept customers in our office; laptops are delivered by courier. Submit a request on our website, and a manager will call you back to confirm the assembly and color options and provide a delivery date. In Belgrade, the courier arrives the same day; in Novi Sad, Subotica, and other Serbian cities, we ship via delivery service.

The courier will wait while you turn on your laptop, verify the serial number, and check the package. If anything is wrong, don't pick it up—we'll fix it on the spot. Payment is due after inspection; no prepayment is required.

Mac users can use our partner bank's 0-0-24 installment plan, with no down payment and no overpayments. To apply, you only need a photo ID, which a manager will provide, and the bank will send you a decision within minutes.

The store's 12-month warranty applies to new devices and Open Boxes. We service them in Belgrade, and we provide a replacement device during repairs. We provide setup and data transfer free of charge, and a courier will wait for the transfer to complete.

Prices and current stock availability are shown in the product data sheets. We can order any parts that aren't in stock: message our manager on Telegram, and they'll let you know if they're available and when. If your MacBook Pro is sold open-box, the data sheet describes its condition and the included components.
